From the moment you book your session to the moment you receive your images our focus is all about you. We understand the anticipation that goes along with this type of portrait, so rest assured that by your shoot day, you’ll be ready, confident, and ready to rock in front of the camera.
While planning your session we’ll provide all the resources you need and guide you through wardrobe selections and other important information so that you can have the best possible outfits that reflect who you are.
+ The Booking
First, we will spend the time you need to answer all your questions.Then we will book your session. While planning your session, we’ll guide you through your wardrobe selection.
+ The session
On the day of the session, you just have to show up and we’ll take it from there. o need to worry about styling your hair or applying makeup, that’s why we are here! our hair and makeup team will put everything perfectly into place. Just sit back and relax while being pampered.
+ The premiere
2-3 weeks after your session we will contact you when your photographs are ready and we will schedule your premier. This is where we will reveal your images. You’ll be able to see the best of the best and choose and pay for what you want to keep.
+ The delivery
At your premier you will choose your images and folio box depending on your package. If you choose to personalize your folio box, order large matted prints or framed canvas images, we will contact you when your artwork is ready so you can decide if you want to pick up in person or have it delivered.
+ what to wear
We’ll shoot multiple looks during your session, so you want to have a variety outfits to choose from. Wardrobe can range from a simple off the shoulder sweater to formal.
What you chose should be a reflection of you. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zones because those image may be the ones you love the most! We will review all of this during your consultation and we can’t wait to photograph you!
+ Formal Family Sessions
For men we suggest Dark Jackets (tuxedo or suit), white shirt, tie, and dark pants. This is a clasic look and well stand the test of time.
For women we suggest Dark (black, navy, burgundy, dark green, etc.) dress or gown. White lace around collar is okay. Little or no pattern is preferred. Classic Jewelry such as diamonds, pearls, etc. are encouraged.
For Young Girls we suggest Dark or jewel toned solid dresses are preferred, but ivory, cream or off white are also acceptable if they are 4 or under. Long sleeves are recommended for adults, but girls usually are preferred to have short or no sleeves.
For Young Boys we suggest the same as men, or a solid dark sweater. If under 4, a white shirt with bow tie can be appropriate.
